VeriReport — Documentation
What it does
VeriReport turns a month of Jira / Jira Service Management activity into a polished, branded report you can send straight to a client. The figures are computed deterministically in code — never guessed — and an AI writes the narrative only around those verified numbers, in your client's language. You export it as a one-click branded PDF.
Getting started
- Install VeriReport from the Atlassian Marketplace onto your Jira / Jira Service Management site.
- Open any Jira or JSM project.
- In the project's left sidebar, open the VeriReport page.
The page automatically computes the previous full month's verified metrics for that project.
Generating a report
- Use the ‹ › controls to pick the month you want.
-
Set your branding and narrative options — before generating, as they shape the AI text:
- Client name, brand name, accent colour, and an optional logo (PNG/JPG).
- Tone (concise / warm / formal) and language (EN, FR, DE, ES, IT, PT).
- Click Generate narrative report. The AI writes the prose around the verified numbers (usually 10–30 seconds).
- Click Export PDF to download the branded report.
What's measured (all verified in code)
- Tickets created and resolved, open backlog at period end, reopened.
- Median resolution time.
- Breakdowns by priority and by request type.
- Backlog ageing.
- SLA attainment and CSAT — see below.
Every number is computed from your project's issues; the AI is forbidden from inventing figures. A provenance line on each report states how many tickets it was computed from.
Languages
Reports render natively in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese — both the narrative and the report labels.
Privacy & data
VeriReport runs entirely on Atlassian, with no external data egress and EU data residency. See the privacy policy for details.
